MPs Consult Electorates Before They Vote

An electorate votes someone in and then can vote anyway they want on things they didn't campaign on. There needs to be more consultation more often with electorates particularly on conscience votes - whose conscience?

Why the contribution is important

We need to have better access to the decision making process. MPs represent an electorate but some don't share what is being decided or what approach is being taken and why. Otherwise it is a black box.
